These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CharaPrompter (“the App”), operated by Solo AI Hacker (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
CharaPrompter is a prompt-building tool that helps users create character prompts for AI image generation. The App allows you to select tags, save character presets, and export prompts for use in third-party services.
CharaPrompter is a prompt creation tool only. We do not generate, host, or distribute AI-generated images. The App simply helps you build text-based prompts.
2. Third-Party AI Services
Prompts created with CharaPrompter are intended for use with third-party AI image generation services (e.g., Stable Diffusion, NovelAI, Midjourney, etc.). Please note:
- We are not affiliated with any third-party AI image generation service.
- We have no control over the output produced by third-party services using prompts created with our App.
- We are not responsible for any content generated by third-party services.
- You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and usage policies of any third-party service you use.
3. User Responsibilities
By using CharaPrompter, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Take full responsibility for how you use the prompts generated by the App.
- Comply with the terms and policies of any third-party service where you use the prompts.
- Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and tag database, is the property of Solo AI Hacker. Prompts you create using the App are yours to use freely.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times without interruption.
- Prompts created with the App will produce specific results in third-party services.
- The tag database will be complete or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo AI Hacker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of the App or inability to use the App.
- Any content generated by third-party services using prompts created with the App.
- Any action taken by third-party services related to your use of prompts.
7. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). These ad networks may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Solo AI Hacker（以下「当方」）が運営するCharaPrompter（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービスの概要
CharaPrompterは、AI画像生成向けのキャラクタープロンプトを作成するためのツールです。本アプリでは、タグを選択し、キャラクタープリセットを保存し、第三者サービスで使用するためのプロンプトをエクスポートすることができます。
CharaPrompterはプロンプト作成ツールです。当方はAI生成画像の生成、ホスティング、配布は行いません。本アプリはテキストベースのプロンプト作成を支援するものです。
2. 第三者AI サービスについて
CharaPrompterで作成したプロンプトは、第三者のAI画像生成サービス（Stable Diffusion、NovelAI、Midjourneyなど）での使用を想定しています。以下の点にご注意ください：
- 当方は、いかなる第三者AI画像生成サービスとも提携関係にありません。
- 本アプリで作成したプロンプトを使用して第三者サービスが生成する出力について、当方は管理しておりません。
- 第三者サービスによって生成されたコンテンツについて、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
- プロンプトを使用する第三者サービスの利用規約およびポリシーの遵守は、お客様の責任となります。
3. ユーザーの責任
CharaPrompterをご利用いただくにあたり、お客様は以下に同意するものとします：
- 適用されるすべての法令および規制を遵守して本アプリを使用すること。
- 本アプリで生成したプロンプトの使用方法について、全責任を負うこと。
- プロンプトを使用するすべての第三者サービスの規約およびポリシーを遵守すること。
- 違法または禁止された目的で本アプリを使用しないこと。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリのデザイン、コード、タグデータベースを含む本アプリは、Solo AI Hackerの財産です。本アプリを使用して作成したプロンプトは、お客様が自由にご使用いただけます。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」で提供されます。当方は以下を保証しません：
- 本アプリが常時中断なく利用可能であること。
- 本アプリで作成したプロンプトが第三者サービスで特定の結果を生み出すこと。
- タグデータベースが完全であること、またはエラーがないこと。
6. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Solo AI Hackerは以下から生じる間接的、偶発的、または結果的な損害について責任を負いません：
- お客様による本アプリの使用または使用不能。
- 本アプリで作成したプロンプトを使用して第三者サービスが生成したコンテンツ。
- プロンプトの使用に関連して第三者サービスが行った措置。
7. 広告について
本アプリには、第三者広告ネットワーク（Google AdMobなど）が提供する広告が表示される場合があります。これらの広告ネットワークは、プライバシーポリシーに記載されているとおり、一定のデータを収集する場合があります。
8. 規約の変更
当方は、本規約を随時更新することがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することで、更新された規約に同意したものとみなします。定期的に本規約をご確認いただくことをお勧めします。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
